Nicolas Fuselli
Nick is a dynamic and accomplished property entrepreneur with over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry.
His career spans a wide range of sectors representing the interests of owners, occupiers and stakeholders alike. Known for his strategic thinking and commercial insight, Nick has consistently demonstrated a strong track record of success across various disciplines and has acted as principal and agent in commercial and residential property environments.
With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, tax and legal issues, Nick has worked for pension funds, financial institutions, REIT’s, family and charitable trusts. Nick has a keen interest in driving sustainability, zero carbon and technological innovation within the property and automobile sectors.
Chartered Surveyor
Christopher Pugh
Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 and has worked in commercial and residential property for over 30 years.
Chris’ career spans a multitude of investor sectors including local authority, institutional, private and high wealth individuals (family office). Chris has run and managed some significant mixed-use portfolios, finding value for tenants and investors alike. Chris has also worked on development land obtaining planning permission and has delivered on much needed housing schemes.
Chris has a great eye for detail and opportunity. Chris has excellent communication skills, and is able to build relationships at all levels.
